Sanitzer is a name better suited to an antimicrobial facial tissue.

From Wikipedia: “Green Certified Instant Hand Sanitzer is the first hand sanitizer to meet EcoLogo CCD-170 standards.”
From Underwriter Labs: "ECOLOGO Certified products, services and packaging are certified for reduced environmental impact. "
