A teenager who is able to see the good in his dad? That bodes well for him.

“When I was a boy of 14, my father was so ignorant I could hardly stand to have the old man around. But when I got to be 21, I was astonished at how much the old man had learned in seven years.” - Mark Twain

Unfortunately, I didn’t learn for many years how “HIP” my old man was. Years wasted.

He’s from one of the subcultures that plays dominoes! Perhaps from the Same island as Yenny!

Oh and I see that he’s still working on his old clunker, again, when was the last time that round air filters were made?

I think Papi (Sergio) is wonderful role model as a father for his children. But I don’t think Baldo wants to be like Papi when he grows up. Baldo will probably grow up differently than like Papi. Baldo and Papi are much different personalities. Papi is wise, gentle, positive and great responibilites. Baldo is being a teenager, crazy over young chicks and low-rider car. And of course, lack of responsibilites. If Baldo wants to be like Papi when he grows up, he better changes his ways or habits and then follow the steps like Papi.

I’m sure he will, Wildmustang but now he is still young with a lot of growing up to do.
