Liver, in any form I do not eat!

The trouble with liver is that most people cook it to death. I cannot tolerate any sort of meat – except chicken lives, of all things. Cooked until they are just the barest bit pink in the center, dashed with Madeira wine and touch of Dijon, and served with a gravy made with cornstarch rather than flour, and they are truly good. This is from a woman who finds any other meat marked “return to sender”, so trust me – it’s good.

Flag the SPAMMERS. the trolls are talking about cooking liver. If a certain member had added a liver recipe, then there would be a few extra complaints about it.

You can have Spam or pâté but not both!

Anyone, that would eat goose or duck liver, would also eat dog poop with a dirty spoon!!
