Jim is uncomfortable with the original GA characters and finds his additions to the strip more suitable to his humor. It lacks the humanity of the original strip but it is what it is,
Joe Pye is sort of related to Walt. He is the birth grandfather of Amanda Lynn, who was adopted by Walt’s grandson, Adam. By the way, does that mean that one of Joe’s boys is the birth father of Amanda and, if so, which one and does anyone remember the circumstances?
I don’t know, but I’d bet it was Red Tommy. On the gas-grill of life, that boy is the hot dog, i.e. the wurst of the bunch. Ain’t that him a-sidlin’ over out of Gertie’s eyesight to try an’ git the drop on her?

Correction Gertie, They’ve left something from the last raid….tell them to start licking the floor from the after effect of the pies.
