If it comes in a box and/or has ingredients that your tax dollars subsidized, you probably shouldn’t eat it. Buy meat, directly from the farmer who raised it on pasture if you can. Everything else is optional. Grains, soy, sugar and artificial everything are bad. So almost the opposite of what the feds and industry tell us.
