If you look to government for “leaders” you will not find them – only “commanders” are there. The business world has hundreds of extraordinary leaders.
The difference is that one need not have any power of persuasion when one uses guns and threats of force to obtain a result; making a product someone will want to buy, and at a price that makes a sale feasible, is a much higher skill.
