In my many years of driving, I’ve been rear-ended four times. Now if I hit the brakes hard or do a regular stop for a pedestrian in a cross-walk (I do that) I take a peek in my rear view mirror to see if anyone is coming at me 10 feet behind me at 60 mph.
I did this one time and looked back just in time to see the woman in the car behind me apply her mascara to her forehead.

I heard from a local cop that he encountered, this past Spring, a woman shaving her armpits while driving. TOP THAT!

Is that clown on his way to work or to rob a bank?
