Arlo and Janis by Jimmy Johnson for November 03, 2015
November 02, 2015
November 04, 2015
Transcript:
Arlo: Since we have an extra hour of darkness this evening, shall we make the most of it?
Janis: What does darkness have to do with it?
Arlo: Why, you little minx! You never cease...
Arlo: Was that a yes or a no?
Reminds me of the joke about the elderly couple who had been friends for years and were thinking about getting married. They discussed various things, and the gentleman asked how she felt about sex.She said, “I like it infrequently.”The gentleman paused for moment, then hesitantly asked, “Was that one word or two.”
Some years ago, there was a song called “Afternoon Delight”.Every time I heard that song when I was coming home from work, I added about twenty miles an hour to my speed to get home while the sun was still shining.

Judging from the smile on Janis’ face I’d say that Arlo is in for a little action!

That was a “yes,” plus making the most of daylight in the future.

Is that her tongue in the second panel and his in the third? (OK, I know it’s not, but one can only ponder…)

I’m surprised no one has mentioned that Janis fills her sweater better. Arlo must notice.
