My last boss took me for coffee on the first week she was there to tell me about another job in my home state. No retirement package and I am not retirement eligible at that time – she just figures I will take the hint and walk on my own. I had too much invested – but the next 5 years are awful. Been retired for 7 years now and make a nice semi-retirement income from all the old company’s suppliers and competitors – and she finally lost her job for the way she treated everyone about 2 years after I left. Hope Tank comes out better than I did, but this is like reading Dilbert – just a little too close to the truth to be completely funny.

Team building exercise! Get rid of this jerk in 20 minutes or less!

Is she supposed to be a Fiorina knock off?

Hmmm, she doesn’t look like Carly, but the resemblance is striking.

I get the distinct feeling she’s supposed to be someone we’d recognize. Bill went into “semi-realistic” drawing mode for her.

Gosh! I hope this isn’t a subtle clue that the strip is about to end!

And this is why we need unions.

We should set up a betting pool on who goes first — the boss (replaced by another new boss for comic effect) or Tank (getting a new job for comic effect).
