    Just cause you can put things in chili doesn’t mean that they make it taste better. My latest addition is carrots. Not too wacky and adds some flavor.

    We all knew that Mom was going to win. She has the most experience in cooking. Dad has to be a gracious loser and ask Mom to help him improve his recipe.

    @NeedaChuckleI juice the carrots and put the pulp in my chili. It adds flavor and body.

    I know carrots are supposed to be good for vision, but the outlook for carrots in chili appears gray to me…

    Adam’s problem is that he didn’t cook the chili outdoor on the grill. That’s where guys historically prevail.
