No, Rip, that’s L.A. Don’t get confused now….(That’s the City of Lost Angels, of course…)

I thought it was a Demolition Derby the first time I drove through Boston..L.A. was a raceway where everybody waves guns at you, and the rest stops where they actually have signs advising travelers not to get out or rest there.

So, who is that chowdahead?They look so dapper. Rip’s even wearing a hat (I think).

Is that how Bostonians talk?

I spent a week there one day.

I obtained a copy of the unofficial Boston driver’s handbook, which explains important things like how to turn left from the right lane, how to declare any place a parking spot, and how to act crazy in order to gain a few inches of space. They also explain that the roads in Boston were designed by cows, and then paved.

But of Boston, Houston, NYC, Rome, and Beijing, the scariest traffic I ever saw was the latter. Some videos I’ve seen from India suggest that it might even exceed China, but I won’t wager on that.

Guangzhou had the most interesting lane paintings, though. I took a photo of a spot where three lanes in a row had “left turn or straight” markings. (Never saw an accident in China, or a fender bender, or a near miss. Probably wasn’t there long enough.)

Those cities have nothing on Rome… unless you’re a nun they take direct aim at you…

What happened to the storyline where Breezy was expecting their baby? Is the current storyline still in an extended dream sequence from that time?
