Right. We’re not supposed to ever look at women, notice them, or otherwise acknowledge their existence as the other necessary half of continuing the species. Except when they want us to, which we are supposed to discern from no clues whatsoever. I suspect every heterosexual man in the western world has encountered this type somewhere.
@Linguist, been there before. Everyone realized how much better the atmosphere was just about the same time, the quiet smiles of relief….no one had to say a word.
pretty funny then how I found my wife without any problem. That was 4 kids and 40 years ago.no fights, no arguments.. Seriously, I have never understood how many men have such massive problems with women. A first date was usually all it took to discover if she was interested in taking the relationship further.I was a blue collar worker, making about $120K a year. I retired when I was 48 years old, back in 1998, with a guaranteed retirement + health insurance until I reached 65. that gives me about 65% of my base pay per year. With annual COL increases to my retirement check. and next year I start collecting social Security. My wife retired in 2002 with a nice 401K + totally free health insurance & meds that continues even after she starts getting medicare when she turns 65 next year.I have some friends who have/had white collar jobs. Am surprised that so few have had stress related heart attacks.BTW, retirement is fantastic. There havent been enough hours in the day to do what I want. I have never been bored nor have I ever missed my job, which required 2-3 months of training every year, just to keep up with current tech.
