Dani Rice,You remind me of the Henry Huggins story where he tried to get out of the role of Timmy, a boy who dreams a Christmas story. He got out of the role, all right, but not in a way he thought of; a classmate who was using real green paint for creating a tree scene for the play, was interrupted by Ribsy (!) who walked into that part of the school unannounced. Somehow, the green paint poured over Henry. Since it wasn’t poster paint, it wouldn’t come off Henry’s shirt or HAIR! His hair had to grow out so that it could be cut off.

I had a girlfriend whose kid took an orange magic marker and colored most of his body so he could be a Thunder Cat.

My godson coloured his blond hair with red food colouring for Halloween. It turned orange – neon, day glow orange – and had to grow out.

Rubbing alcohol, acetone, etc., but don’t use with the sander because of fire danger. Wait! Fire?
