It’s the only time of year that I make green bean casserole. So does that make it a tradition? I just do it once a year because it’s pretty high in calories for just one dish . . added to all the others.
We always had Pillsbury (it had to be Pillsbur) cinnamon rolls for breakfast after unwrapping the gifts!
I think I could eat mac and cheese every day of the year – the special kind or otherwise……….if only the could make it calorie free.

Yes, Virginia, there really is special Mac & Cheese.But, you can only find it in the frozen food aisle at the grocery.
In our family, holiday meals are all about splurging on pie. All the rest is just a prelude.
