I’ve always wondered what ‘natural flavours’ are. Either way, I guess they’ve got to be better than the ‘artificial flavours’ that figure prominently on so many ingredient lists these days. The most important rule I follow in my diet is the shorter the list of ingredients, the better.
A lot of people don’t realize it, but imitation vanilla is a weak imitation of real vanilla. If you’re use to the imitation vanilla the real vanilla tastes strange, but if you’re use to the real vanilla the imitation tastes blah!
