Heck, it would just be easier to call the friend.

I learned to use all my fingers a few years ago, but the “back” button is still my best friend.

Not ALL ‘Pluggers are so severely restrained. I still use all of my fingers to type, it just that sometimes, they don’t work as I would like and like ‘Miss Laura’ above, the ‘back’ button comes in handy ! ! ! !

I took typing in high school, average at best. However, my paws just don’t fit today’s keyboards, especially since they are not as flexible as they once were.

Tried to learn the proper technique when in grammar school. We had an old Underwood from the 1920’s. Could never get the end letters to register as my little fingers weren’t up to the task. Still only use two fingers, but have gotten quicker at it.

I am pretty quick with just two fingers, but wouldn’t a true plugger write a letter with a ball point pen?

I took a typing class in college. Tried three times to pass the final in this one credit class! After the third fail the instructor said to me, “I am going to pass you because of your efforts and because with your other talents, I’m sure you will be able to hire someone to do your typing.”

She was right…

I took typing in junior high and was pretty lousy at it. IIRC, my speed was around 14 words per minute. I took a typing test about 20 years ago and I did my two-finger bit and upped my speed considerably over the school score.

Wait – I can use both hands?!

not me! I learned to type! even did them on a manual typewriter in college for others! 10¢ a page!
