Trust me as the owner of a year old hyperactive Border Collie you don’t get much rest from the dogs in your life either. Still I wouldn’t swap him for the world.
This comic isn’t believable today. Ten cats, a sleeping human and not one cat is on her, please. I only have 5 and the second I sit still at least 2 of my 5 will perch on me. If I try napping or sleeping it goes up to at least 3 minimum. There is no way Annie wouldn’t have company on that couch.
Giving them a little taste of their own medicine, huh Annie! Beviek – those little videos are so cute. I want a chess playing cat. Last Rose – yours are really cute too. Love that cat going around the box. I agree with Carl – dogs are too needy. I have a cat personality.
We probably all have or have had cats that steal or like non-toy items to play with.
Caspers’ is the scrubby from the kitchen. It’s that nylon scrubber with a white handle. He takes it from the sink or the holder at night and walks around the house with it. We know when he has it because he bangs the plastic handle on the tile floor. I think we need to buy him his own scrubby.
Is that cat This Side Up, Mr. Hollingsworth or Route Nine? No way little Oliver would talk to Annie like that! Of course no one has to identify Chesney!!!!-———————————————————————————————————————
And Oliver would cuddle WITH Annie on that couch. Miscreant1 is correct.
@Caerin: How is Furby today? I suggest adding another litter box as the rule is one extra box per total cat(s). Anxiously await a picture and future updates.
Picked up the kitten from the vet yesterday. She was found on a farm. She’s black and a talker. I had her in here with me in the playpen until last night when I put her in the bathroom. OMG – she would NOT settle down. At 3:30 AM when Brad got up I finally tossed Moose in there. I waited to see how they would be and then closed the door. Not a peep out of them until about 8:00. Then he cried to come out and I brought her back in here. She sleeping in the playpen.
Careful there boys! You are finally starting to make Annie mad, best tread lightly.
And no, that is not Oliver. He is too sweet to be like that.
Well, I had the Girls to the vets today for their shots. Yes, I am still here! LOL! Thank goodness hubby was home, that helped. And thank goodness for big blankets that we can throw over them to corral them. Of course, first you have to catch them first. How do they instinctively know, and my dogs too knew, just when they are going to the Vets.
CaerinIn response to your late post yesterday, I wipe down the soiled areas on the side of the tote when I scoop the box, which is at least daily. Using scoop litter, I don’t change t daily, but add new to it as needed when I clean up the box.Good Luck with Furby…I have one of those, still in the original box, never opened, and the sales receipt on the box…it is still a darling looking little guy, even about 20 years later!! Hope your Furby lasts as long!
I went for my heart ultrasound today. I got to watch the screen as I had to lie on my side while the tech was doing it. It looked to my untrained eye that one valve wasn’t closing all the way, but then I don’t know how it’s supposed to look. They will call me next week with the results. It took me longer to find a parking space than it did for the test. Thanks to all for your prayers! Hugs, Rose

What can one say? Annie fell asleep because her designated kitty jesters were so boring. Unlike those in Beviek’s gifs.

My cat, Tabby, often gets distracted by his own tail’s shadow. I swear he has a fantasy life that rival’s Snoopy’s.

Rose, my favorite is the cat with the pink slipper.

No better place to nap than the middle of the couch, with my bull mastiffs snuggled up, one on each side.

She is playing a cat & mouse game.

@Queen: Once again Moose to the rescue. I’d pin a medal (catnip scented, of course) on that boy’s chest. Guess she is lonely being the only foster.

These are my friend’s two Siberian X cats, Leo and Lily – the silver one :-). She of course rules the roost despite being smaller
