The MISinterpretation of the Amendment: “WELL REGULATED” is quite specific. Even SCOTUS in the D.C. decision, Scalia no less, said REGULATION was viable and within the intent of the Second Amendment. Only NRA supporters, and those politicians supported by the NRA financially, say otherwise.
Well put. Doesn’t matter where you live in the US, you can find a gun at a gun sale, pawnshop, or, the adjoining State which has loose laws. The answer is, gun control, sieze and destroy illegal guns so we will be peaceful as we were before 2005.

The people in Paris got guns in spite of the laws. There is a very good chance the CA couple would have too regardless of our laws.

This is a powerful image and a good cartoon.Perhaps a little infringement – just a little – IS called for.Certainly something more than prayer.
