Or maybe, when you put some on your plate it uncurls itself back onto the ham again.

Thanks for asking….. I keep odd hours so I often can’t answer before the new strips arrive…

The north part of town is in bad shape.

You may have read the news… whole neighborhoods burned down, plus a fancy hotel, a historic barn, a big KMart, Trader Joe’s, fast food restaurants… gone.

The downtown and everything south of it, including where I live, so far are OK…

and hopefully will be, as long as the prevailing NE wind doesn’t reverse and blow south or west.

But the fires are neither out nor contained…

and a friend’s house, far from the blaze, was burned down, probably by wind-borne embers.

Still trying to puzzle out parenting training in Alaska!

Sorry to hear about the fires Sunshine, I pray for your safety and others . Thanks for the update from your view . Sometimes we get bits and pieces . So sad about the lives gone. I know there is a lot of grief.
