“Probably have to drop a deuce to reserve one….”
I wonder if Berl will suggest that his family go in and test out the toilets before they rent?
I hate to say it… but a woman who works at the local hardware/building supplies store told me that every so often,
they discover, to their disgust (and ours!), that an unplumbed display toilet has indeed been “tested.”
They can never figure out how or when.
The store has bright lights and fairly wide aisles, and the bathroom fixtures are mostly lined up on low platforms or shelves, quite visible…
with a few placed in display “bathroom” arrangements…. none with any walls or plumbing connections.
There’s also a rest room available to customers.
She surmised that it was sometimes someone’s idea of a prank…
or maybe the result of a distraught parent with an insistent child.
I think there must be some branch of the Penny family or their distant relations living in every state.
YUCK!!
The whole idea stinks…!
If that’s so, then these yutzes are definitely your can-test dummies………
Maybe they should go to The Potty Store.
I want to rent a whole house generator and transfer switch the next time an ice storm takes out the power.
Burl nailed it with that comment. Who said he only has half a wit?
It seems to me it would cost almost as much to rent one as to buy one… After paying a plumber to install and probably to uninstall to return it.
When my sister was about 4 or 5 years old, she proceeded to put herself on one of the display potties at Sears. Yes, in the mid to late 60’s Sears had bathroom fixtures.
Security cameras are cheap these days….
