Hubby makes wonderful mac & cheese. He uses 2/3 sharp cheddar and 1/3 pepper jack in the sauce. You don’t taste the pepper jack, but it does give the dish a “lift”. Try it!
Just boil some macaroni, drain and add a can of spray on cheese. But if you’re really in a hurry just use the microwavable bowl of Kraft mac and cheese.
