They get to stuff their guts for cheap. Animal control doesn’t have to patrol that part of town. Everybody wins.

They are so cheap wonder do they steal the napkins
The last time I went to a Chinese buffet restaurant I watched a mother watch her kid take food off the buffet and put it in his used dish and then put the food back in the buffet. I swore off Chinese buffets after that.
