I found evidence that there really are such people out there, and retailer know it. I buy filtered water for my coffee machine from a coin-op machine that sits in a kiosk in the middle of a parking lot. One gallon for 30-cents. Three gallons for $1.00.

Hmmmm…..don’t claim to be any great shakes at arithmetic, but doesn’t that work out to 57 cents a night?
