Wood block was the instrument George Michael Bluth(Michael Cera) played in Arrested Development and got confused with a computer security program.

Honestly, as utterly vile as Burl is anyone stupid enough to visit over and over again must be brain dead!!!!

But once he masters the wood block, he just might be able to get into Claves School!
