Around here, schools have build in extra time with longer days or, in a pinch, use teachers work days to make up for snow. They never go longer in June.
I guess it’s a little weird of me to think this, but who is making sure this strip is still maintained now that Ms. Larson is in Cartoonist’s Heaven? Whoever you are, thank you! The strip has always been one of a kind.
I remember those days… now, since a lotta my work is outside, I’m just the opposite… (altho I do like a day off every now and then… so I can stay home… and shovel snow…lol!)
