I had a house in NY, after 32 years the insurance co found out I don’t live there. 32 years I had an out of state mailing address and they realized I don’t live there? It was rented out. They cancelled my homeowners insurance. Called RE agent and it was sold in less than 15 minutes!

I checked ‘Yelp’ and found this insurance company was highly recommended by Wink Dinkman….
