On the news last night. A woman was highly upset by the bad service at a eatery. The manager explained that a man was having a heart attack. She went online to complain and said sheâd never go back there. The manager countered that he was glad as he didnât need such cold hearted customers.
Reminds me of dealing with Comcast, they tout their customer service but donât believe it ! First, they put in âkiosksâ to accept payment while they have a minimum of three people sitting on their âduffsâ behind a counter but canât accept account payments then they move their local office six miles away in âorder to give better serviceâ Explain how that is better service ????
