So, to raise your score, you don’t give homework, make the classes fun even if no one is actually learning what you are supposed to be teaching, become friends with the kids, and give everyone an “A”. That would certainly raise your score on the kids’ evaluation of their teachers. Eventually, the plan will fall through, though, when there are no kids left who can actually read the evaluation form and fill it out.

No it will be used to weed out unpopular teachers, anyone who thinks humans can be impartial are living in a failed utopia.
