I once worked at a place that had a Mrs. Jensen-type cook. She was independently wealthy, being the owner of two car dealerships in our medium-sized city. Nobody could ever figure out why she worked. Other than her penchant for using gravy, she was a pretty good cook. But gravy and rigatoni just don’t mix.
