Naps recharge our batteries. I too enjoy naps.
Unless I’m expecting company I leave a pillow and a light blanket on the couch.

Amateur. A real napping pro (like myself) can do 2 hours, maybe 3.
used to go see my grandparents. grandpa’d make me dinner then go read the paper(i.e. sleep with the paper on his face) while grandma and i would talk
