The snow is so deep in our backyard, hubby had to dig a path/spot for our LABRADOR RETRIEVER. Sick of snow to say the least – - and I’m in eastern Nevada. It isn’t going to leave anytime soon. I can imagine how bad it is on the east coast, but no concept of adding surf into the equation.
We didn’t have enough to bother my pup. She was lying down in it. Last year when we had a lot and it melted/froze/melted/froze she could walk on top for a long time. I would imagine that would be easy for Dogzilla.

Snow. It’s the canine version of:“Man, that water’s cold”“Yeah, and it’s deep too.”

I have a short-legged dog and infrequent and not-much snow. He loved pouncing in the snow.
