No, step two is to go to the store and buy a new printer.
I’ve actually done that. =) I got so fed up with an HP scanner/printer years ago that I slammed it into the sidewalk in the back yard. The !#$# Dell printer I have now is eventually going to have the same fate.
the main thing is that the printer is now open
If it’s a HP printer I can see why! No customer support!
