Moose making sure I did a decent cutting job

It appears that the snow has stopped. Hubby says we got more than 2 feet of snow, but the drifts with the wind blowing it are really deep. My “snow guy” has plowed me out, so Hubby could go pick up my son for our usual Sunday dinner. ;-) That makes my day! We are having homemade spaghetti meat sauce with hamburger and sausage. YUM!!! It takes my back to my childhood…Mom made it because it was cheap. (Not anymore—sausage, hamburger, & tomato products are way more expensive than they used to be.) I don’t make it ‘cause it’s cheap, I make it in spite of the price, for the good memories! It will take me all afternoon, but it is worth it.

I wonder how Graham came up with the names. Mr Jack Soames and Mr Hollingsworth seem pretty specific.

Starman – will the ring be like Mariah Careys’? What? You don’t have quite the $7M hers cost?

I was looking at some of the rings those gazillionaires have and wonder how big of a stone do you really need? At some point, I would thing they would just be too cumbersome on a woman’s finger. Will her dishwashing glove fit over that rock? She could put somebodys’ eye out with it.

The new baby panda BaoBao sees snow for the first time on Saturday.

This will make you smile all day, they are putting glasses on this sweet baby for the first time, and she can see for the first time!

Did anyone see the video of Tian Tian (giant panda) at the Washington National Zoo this morning. Talk about a panda in heaven!!

I would post it but even tho someone kindly gave me instructions, I don’t really understand them.

Koji is adjusting very well to not being able to see, he’s already been playing with a catnip toy and even jumping off some furniture. The other cats seem to realize he can’t see and even Cass, who would much prefer to be an only cat and lets all the other cats know it, is being nice to him.

Oh my! This is serious news. Ten Cats is lifeblood for most of us. Many won’t survive without a new strip every day. We will wither away on the vine. I hope this does not mean that all is not well in Vancouver. Even those of us who rarely comment are devoted to Ten Cats!

Graham, you and the cats are the best! I hope you and they have eight more lives and we get to see them all!
