I always dressed Son up in nice ironed plaid shirts and pressed pants, And blow dried his hair. (yes I did!)Then he got wise and “forgot” to let me know it was picture day. So among the cute pics of this adorable little boy is one with a stained green teeshirt and torn pants, with hair sticking up in front. If he could have managed a dirt smudge on his cheek he would have done it!
I went to a boarding school until the end of the 9th grade, and I honestly don’t remember school pictures. When I got back into public school, my mum sort of forgot that I needed clothing, so I either wore my old uniforms or whatever gawd-awful combinations I could put together out of my closet. I favorite was a blue striped sweater and a kelly green plaid circle skirt.
Not even a tiny bit..What I wore on picture day was whatever was handed down from my sisters. Unfortunately they are 8 & 10yrs older than me so I always ended up looking about a decade behind the times. Yes I am retro girl.
We didn’t have “picture day” back then (in medieval times)We wore blue (what the heck was that material?) jumpers and white blouses.Who would want their picture taken with that on?
What did I wear? Well clothes obviously, but we’re talking the ’70’s here so all I can remember is that they were God-Awful. My mom actually has a picture of me in plaid pants it is proudly displayed in the hall where no one but family will ever see it.

Photogenic? Only when they take x-rays. That’s when it shows the inner me.

@TonyRunners are just not photogenic at the end of races. Or really any time during a race. It just doesn’t happen.

The only good pictures I take are the ones when I’m using the camera.
