It was a fb post. This is the text that came with the post.Happy St. Patrick’s Day! I couldn’t think of anything better to post today than Dr. Seuss’s “Green Cat with Lights.” Ted’s prankster side was surging when he signed this artwork “Stroogo Von M.” and hung it in a prominent place in his home. When guests would pause for a closer look, he would say it was a recent purchase and ask if they liked it. What he would get in return was an honest opinion of the painting. Whether someone liked it or not, Ted got a kick out of the whole process.
“In my dreams I was there, in the days before the third war, during the election cycles prior to the 2020’s. And you could see the madness growing and smell the smoke of the flames that would soon devour much of the world. People were running about, smoke pouring from them as they began to heat up toward spontaneous combustion, unaware that there was anything wrong with them, certain that the world was at fault, others mad, and that they held the solution. I was reminded of the Buddhist monks protesting the Viet Nam war, who sat down and quietly self-immolated, minus the calm acceptance and purposeful action. It was some time before I could get back to sleep.”-Frog Applause Diaries – BrassOrchid, c.2016

Don’t cross the saviors, be, do, and have good.

To challenge the saviors, knock the chocolate chip cookie off their shoulder and see how it crumbles.

When you’ve got Louise Brooks, you don’t need a savior.
