    Well, when you wake up at 3 or 4 in the morning, it gets a bit sleepy by the time afternoon rolls around.

    For me, it’s in multiple 2-3 minute intervals. I’d better not be watching a show where all plot points are important.

    my afternoon routine usually involves doing crunches.I grab a bag of chips and sit and crunch on ‘em!I must do 100 or so, a day!! it’s quite the workout!then I follow it up with a couple dozen 12 oz. curls!

    We go to the Y and work out in the morning, come home for dinner, load the dishwasher, and then take a nap. And White Heron is correct; holding down that chair takes work.
