    Our organic cud is chewed exclusively by free range grass fed Holstein cows. On the approach, our cud has a nose of red clover, a mouth feel of fresh corn silage mingled with mucilagé, and a subtle finish of green alfalfa at the rear end of the palate. Pairs easily with any cheap beer and Velveta.
