One thing you can be sure, Trump will make a profit off of this. His crude, belligerent personality plus a total lack of any experience in governing may start WWIII, I understand how sick and tired we all are of our nonfunctional political leadership and the news media entertainment, but jumping into the fire is not a good solution.

Trump won big in Nevada – I have noticed this trend on righty toons. Your guy is winning big – then the next day you cut him down in toons. This is who the Republicans WANT to represent them. Fox news will be gone in no time and any of the old “establishment” Republicans will have to shift or go Democrat. How’s that for conservatives – they seem to change what they are all the time!Rubio and Cruz are locked in a tight battle for King and Queen. Carson and Kasich are the Jack and 10 in the hand. There is one more hand that really matters, getting an agreement to select a single candidate as soon as possible after Super Tuesday and to ride that hand against Trump. The candidate have little time to make their case and then it’s time to stop playing “Go Fish” and pick up a game of “Poker.” Or, the Republican Party will have gone to the children for good.

Conservatives are desperately searching for the candidate who will lambast Obama/liberals/Democrats to satisfy their primaeval tribal instincts. Anyone will do regardless of thiness of intellectual qualifications, so long as the tribal goals are advanced. Joe the Plumber became the pet mascot for a year or two by confronting Obama in a minor way on his front lawn. He fell just short of parlaying his fifteen minutes of fame into a Congressional seat. Sarah Palin, with the intellect of a school girl, became wealthy and scarily close to the presidency by parroting the tribal lines over and over in an annoying voice. Dr. Carson contradicted Obama at a White House prayer breakfast and became the party darling and for a time the designated tribal leader. Others came and went. Then along comes Trump the master, who knows how to activate the reptilian brain. Just build a beautiful 2000-mile wall that will magically keeps out foreign invaders who take our jobs and contaminate our gene pool (rapists). Build the strongest military the world has seen so our enemies will fear us and our friends respect us. Steal the oil fields. Block incoming religious diversity that view things differently. Plunder resources and the environment. Lower taxes so this pie in the sky costs nothing. It’s all very appealing, and Trump must be right because he’s a billionaire.

“Trump is winning and the Democrats are peeing in their pants.”

Well, maybe just a little from laughing so hard.

The only problem with the deck Lisa drew is it has four jokers – Cruz, Rubio and Carson are missing. Kasich, while just as wrong about everything, at least looks human.

Climate change (anthropogenic) threatens much of the world within the next 100 years as things are going. A “President” Trump, with the right-wing support he might get from Congress, represents a lethal threat to the world, in less than 2 years.

Germany or Italy in the 1930’s, or hmm, Klan rallies here in the southern states, still spouting the same thing as Trump. People should pay attention to his words, and look at his real record, then consder the alternatives, most any alternative. Well, of folks not attached to his coat tails like chuahuas in heat.

Really, what else has he got in his campaign? There is no substance, just cattle droppings.
