I used to think “Daisy Hill Puppy Farm” sounded cute…now that we know what goes on at many puppy farms…not so much.

Awww… the heartbreak of some creatures is no different than ours.

Nope, they didn’t miss a strip. I went back to April 1969 and the story arc begins this way.

Okay. So, where’s Peanuts Begins this morning?

Mother’s Day storyline out of sequence?

Was she from Petaluma?

Last year it was my dog Shilo’s first birthday. As he was a rescue puppy, I and the lady who rescued him had a reunion birthday party with him , his three brothers and his mum and dad who were all rescue dogs and had all found loving forever homes with really wonderful people. When Shilo’s mum saw him she when into full mother mode as she did when she saw her other 3 sons licking them and fussing over them and really loving them and they of course responded in kind. It was so lovely to see that even after being apart for over 10 months the bond was still so very strong.

“Just don’t bring back a bunch of boring minor characters.”
