My ^$%(&@$#& computer has been playing head games with me got the last hour. I went on and started to read VB’s late post about 9:30, and all of a sudden all the comments disappeared. Everywhere I went, no comments. I was about to give up when it wouldn’t let me change my avatar, Went all the way off the net, then started from the beginning. This time I could comment, and I was already late with my first post by at ;east 15 minutes. Went away and back. No other comments had been posted. So Iwent over to the English section and there were no posts anywhere I looked, just a place for me to comment. When I got back here I found VB’s post, the same one he made late yesterday. I shall now post this, and wonder if anyone else had some weird things going on computer-wise?

Whew, what a relief!! A dail-up modem does one of two things for a person, they learn patience or they get ulcers from frustration. I haven’t had an ulcer yet!
Slim, I had a very hard time with GoComics a bit earlier, I switched my browser from IE8 to Firefox to see if that would help. GoComics might have been attempting to download too many ads and my browser was rebelling. I had a problem seeing the comments and also had to log in several times.

VistaBill……That sounds pretty much like what happened with me. When I couldn’t see the comments anywhere, I ran that thing on the right side that scrolls all the way down and found another place to sight in, it seened I was expected, I signed in the same as I usually do (twice) and
seemed to be okay, only then I couldn’t wdit my profile and change my avatar. All seems to be okay now. Tomorrow??

If I could do it with my dial-up. slowass computer, I’m sure there will be more vagabonds tomorrow!!
When you live in the sticks as I do dial up is all you got.
Vermont is #50 in wireless connection.
Even the police have to use land lines in our little valley.
Well, that’s my rant for today.

If Leajy was having his connection problems this morning, they should get fixed today??? Hope he doesn’t have as much trouble as VB and me!!
Marg, glad you smiled. Makes my day for me. Any day i don’t get someone somewhere to smile or laugh is probably one of those days I stayed in my apartment
