This is true. Both parties do have to want to learn how to dance. It’s an activity that requires concentration and some passion, too. I think my husband regarded ballroom dancing the way I regard golf: It’s a neat thing to be able to do, but please don’t ask me to do it!
My husband and I took ballroom dancing classes a couple of different times. He accused me of trying to lead even though I was trying hard not to. When he would try to lead, he was so gentle in giving “cues” that I couldn’t follow. When I danced with the instructor, he was firm in his touch and I had no trouble following at all. – Then my knees gave out and I could no longer dance. By the time I recovered from knee replacements, my husband was too ill to dance. — We had fun joking about our experiences later!
“Dancing” is for fools and monkeys…Last time I “danced” was at my wedding -45 years ago…" I ain’t Fred Astaire and you ain’t ginger Rodgers"Who is?

Why did this strip remind me of the Geico commercial with Tarzan and Jane looking for the waterfall?
