    Heck… that’s nothing.I can walk a mile in ONE minute…on a bicycle…if the bicycle is a car.

But on my feet?If I may quote my friend Beviek…“hahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahaha”

QOTD: I would take up running but it doesn’t fit into my diet plan. I already have to eat four or five meals a day to maintain my weight, can you imagine how much more that would increase if I started running?

@Tony“How ’bout you?”.Depends on what or who is chasing me.If it’s my wife I never get far enough to time it.Unless she’s mad, then I just that much faster.

We have a 13 year old Australian Shepherd (mix) and a 12 year old Lab-Pit. There is nothing that excites them more than when I get out their harnesses, to run the 1.4 miles (total, round trip) down to the lake and back, as we did Saturday.

Fortunately for me, since they are even older than I now, they stop at every mailbox and quit running after the third one. We walk it in around 25 minutes now.
