Since I recently turned 65, I got a call from Humana, the company that handles my Medicare parts B and D apparently. They had questions for me to find out about my health as a 65 year old man. Among them were, “Can you walk across the room?” “Can you bend your knees?” “Have you fallen down recently?” “Can you do dishes and clean up after yourself?” “Can you lift your arms up over your head?” “Can you pay your bills?”

My God, lady, I’m only 65! I’m not that old yet!

The middle aged have no idea what it’s like to be our age. Their misconceptions are insulting, even if they mean well.

Instead of “questionnaire”, I should have type “survey taker”.

Taffy doesn’t say a thing on the way to the vet but asks " home?" all the way back to the house. She goes twice a week for Companion Laser therapy which helps her arthritis at age 24 now.-—————————————————————WOW. Kid…can you post a picture of Taffy, please? She must hold the ‘age’ record for TC readers.
