    Actually, it was the Spanish invasion in Central America that brought many of the diseases to the Americas. Then the colonist. Columbus never made it that far. Can’t blame Columbus.

    Yeah, but Queen Isabella and King Ferdinand seemed so quaint and wholesome in all of Hollywood’s depictions. Who would have thought they’d outlaw Judaism and lay down roots for the Spanish Inquisition? Neil looks like he has the Spanish Flu.
