Trudeau and Jane Pauley had a pair of twins, I believe. That would have been more of a hassle. Undoubtedly, they could afford to hire help; I never heard whether they did or not.

I see failure since Joanie never allowed his to learn what to do or how to do it because she couldn’t let go, as shown in the last strip as she feels he can’t do it right so she’ll do it all.
Of course, she probably failed tons of times when she started but forgets that.

I think you mean why republican widowers have trouble later in life. They get remarried just so they have someone to sweep under their butts and cook and clean. Goodness knows THEY can’t take care of their own selves for once in their lives…
