I’m sorry to tell you, but Dazz is dead.I do not recall which, but a sudden heart attack or stroke.She was a great commentator, and is greatly missed.

RIP DAZZLE.

AnnetteSo sorry to hear about Patty Duke, it’s always a shock when people younger than you pass. Seems more often now, the older I get!She died of sepsis from a ruptured intestine, she was 69.

I got to the shelter to pet cats.I didn’t get to pet kittens. :(There were no kittens in the shelter. :)

I still miss DAZZ.She gave me one of my bunny avatars.

Come to think of it, i think that she gave me two.I seem to remember a bunny playing a trumpet.

Yup. Found it. I “borrowed” these from some postings of some “illuminated manuscripts” that she did.She approved.I thing that she was pleased that i would want to use some of her work as one of my avatars.

HappyHi, yourself!It’s a good thing that there were no kittens. Hopefully that meams that they all found homes.I stopped by Cascade Animal Hosp. They have no kittens either.

Wow….It is almost 8:00pm here on east coast and I finally got on-line. Looks as if I missed most of the excitement….Woof appears as dark gray, Bev was ‘bounced’ and quickly reinstated, and, there were no kittens at the shelter for HHH to pet. Glad all is back to normal.

Noreen You don’t post much, thank you for the tribute to Dazz. I knew she was gone some time ago. She has been gone a while now and we miss her. We are missing a few here over the years, some I have known for a while, some left their family instructions to post a comment here at gocomics at their favorite strips so we would know what happened to them. Check my profile comment beside my Avatar. My comment was a running joke between our Group.

Carmy was someone I got to know, she was a young 49 mother of 4 daughters, who died from cancer, FAR TOO YOUNG! A lovely wonderful lady, Thom Bluemel who does Birdbrains dedicated a strip to her, and repeated it later on the anniversary of her death. It is funny, I guess how friendships can form here, but they can! Some have met in person, some email, some talk on the phone, but you know, trust your “gut instincts”. Good people are here, and good friendships can be formed. I guess this is the new “Pen Pal” age, one of which, is still my Pen Pal from High School! LOL!

I grew up watching the Patty Duke Show. So sorry to see she passed. And I also noticed how much her son Sean looks like her. Discovered him from The Lord of the Rings movies. Great movies!

LROS- that “shooz” pic was hysterical! Still laughing…The one with the curtain is so true…those little stinkers sit around thinking up things to do or get into!

I’m partial to the black cats.

Took Izzie to her new home today. Keeping fingers crossed that it works out.

Woof appeared as grey on March 16th too. (You have to identify the other nine cats, but the “leftover” is grey, not black.)
