Red: Rover, let's play "Star Trek" I'll be Kirk, you be Spock. Rover: I was Spock last time. I wanna be a Tribble! Red: You're too big to be Tribble, silly. RoveR: That's the whole point. It takes a lot of food to grow into a Tribble my size.

But Kirk wore gold/green. Red (the shirt color) was for engineering/support and security during that time.

This is one of the rare cases of getting a fat tribble, rather than a bunch of hungry little tribbles when fed too much.

the costume was actually lime green (that’s why the wraparound is green), but with the old SECAM color system it showed mustardy yellow. Same with spock, his originial on set makeup was more yellow pale, but again, it showed a different color at home.

Rover must be one of tribbles from the animated episode. They could get very fat.
