In my young days, I cultivated friends with nice meals and such. Then when money got tight, the friends dropped away. Now I cook for us.

At the time of this strip, there was a ban on comic books due to violence and scary graphics.

Patty’s matching hat and coat was all the go for little girls in those days. Well do I remember seeing the fuzzy little coats with frog-fastenings and the fuzzy little beanies.
