um… aren’t most tongues already wet?
some dogs tongues are smooth and wet, others are rough and wet, others are rough and dry. I’m sure other still are smooth and dry, though I haven’t run across them yet. But I have run across one whose tongue is so long I swear she’s half aardvark.
