“BOATING LAKE”?Do the Brits really have designations like that for their bodies of water? Are there lakes limited to swimming, fishing, skiing, etc.?If so, Andy and Flo are safe. There’s no drowning in the boating lake.
@Sandfan…..A boating lake is body of water (usually artificial) which is primarily dedicated to the use of hired rowing boats and possibly a few toy ones. After the allotted time period you might hear the cry, “Come in number 5, your time is up.”
